Neil A. Taylor, OTR/L
Neil Taylor is the Director of Workers' Compensation Operations for PRO Physical Therapy. Neil attended Lebanon Valley College to earn his Associates in Health Science. Neil continued on to Temple University's School of Allied Health, where he received his B.S. in Occupational Therapy. Neil holds certifications in Functional Capacity Evaluation and Matheson Ergonomic Evaluations.

Neil has concentrated over 15 years of practice to the field of industrial rehabilitation and corporate health and safety. Neil works closely with Safety, Risk, Human Resource, Medical, and Plant Managers to deliver solutions and programs for numerous industries designed to reduce Workers' Compensation and Indemnity costs. Neil has extensive experience providing consultation and education to physicians, carriers, TPAs, case managers, and attorneys. He has served as expert testimonial for many cases. Additionally, Neil is an annual guest lecturer for the University of Delaware's Doctorate Level Physical Therapy Program �The Therapists Role in Worker's Compensation, and 'Functional Testing'. Currently, Neil oversees the management and delivery of F.I.R.S.T, PRO Physical Therapy's trademarked work conditioning/hardening program, FCE's, and all on-site Industrial Services contracts.


Barbara Daugherty RN, ATP
Barbara Daugherty is a Senior Health Care Specialist for PRO Physical Therapy's Industrial Services Division. Barb brings over 20 years experience in ergonomics, case management, ADA accommodations, occupational health and safety to the PRO Team. Barb holds an Associates Degree in Nursing, MS in Health Care Administration and Ergonomic Engineering, and a PhD in Bio-Engineering. Furthermore, Barb is an ATP Certified Rehab Engineer, OSHA Out Reach Trainer, and Matheson Ergonomics Evaluation Certified.
Barb has supported numerous industries, from the small employer to many Fortune 500 companies, in reducing Workers' Compensation, Disability, and Health Care costs through the development of policies and delivery of programs. Barbara contributes to industry through publications such as Standing Work Heights for Women in Assembly Line and Warehousing Operations or presenting nationally and locally to Ergonomists, Physicians, Nurses, and general population. Currently, Barb is dedicated to delivering on-site Industrial Services and Preventative Medicine to PRO's customers.


Vallory R. Boody RN,C; CCM; CDMS; ABDA
Vallory Boody brings 25+ years of experience to PRO in the area of nursing, case management, teaching, and administration. Vallory attended Delaware Technical and Community College and earned her Associate Degree in Nursing. Prior to joining PRO, Vallory managed a Procedure Unit where interventional pain management procedures were performed primarily on workers compensation and auto cases. Vallory spent 15 years at Horizon Health Care Consultants and Concentra assessing, coordinating, and implementing care to ultimately help the injured worker reach optimum recovery and RTW. Her experience also includes work at Spine Care Delaware, Christiana Care, Union Hospital, and Medical Research Institute of Delaware. Vallory is a Nurse Case Manager for PRO Physical Therapy and serves as a liaison to referral sources as well as ensures optimal patient progression.


Sonia Paquette, OTD, CPE
Sonia received her Occupational Therapy degree from McGill University, a graduate degree in Ergonomics from the Montreal Polytechnic Engineering Institute and a Doctorate in OT from Rocky Mountain University. Sonia works with individuals who have sustained musculoskeletal injuries as well as with individuals with neurological impairments following a brain injury. Sonia has served as an expert witness in diverse legal arenas for many cases. Her interests include psychosocial and organizational contexts and their impact on workers' return to work. Sonia has published and presented extensively to the rehabilitation, medical and legal audience. Sonia joined the PRO in 2007 to deliver Functional Capacity Evaluations and on-site services.


Cindy Strouse, PTA
Cindy Strouse is an Industrial & Health Care Specialist and Functional Capacity Evaluation Provider for PRO Physical Therapy. Cindy attended Oakton Community College where she earned her Physical Therapy Assistant degree in 1985. Cindy has specialized in the treatment of the Injured Worker since 2006 and has served as a PRO's F.I.R.S.T. Director in New Castle, Delaware. Recently Cindy obtained Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) and Ergonomic Specialist certificates. Currently, Cindy is delivering services such as FCEs, Pre-Placement Assessments, Flexibility and Strength Screens, and Education to employers large and small.


Jessica L. Chandler, MS, ATC
Jessica Chandler is an Industrial and Health Care Specialist and FCE Provider with PRO Physical Therapy. Jessica attended University of Delaware's Athletic Training program and went on to California University of Pennsylvania to obtain her Masters degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. Jessica has provided athletic training services for secondary school and large soccer clubs as well as delivered quality patient care within PRO clinics. Currently, Jessica provides support to PRO's F.I.R.S.T. program, performs Functional Capacity Evaluations and delivers to on-sites services to area employers.


Diana Burns MS, ATC
Diana Burns serves an Industrial Services consultant for PRO Physical Therapy's Business Development team. Diana attended West Chester University to earn her B.S. and attended University of Delaware to earn her MS with an emphasis in BioMechanics. Diana has worked in athletic training in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy for 22 years and has focused on industrial rehabilitation for the past 10 years. Diana has extensive experience delivering FCE's, Work Conditioning, Ergonomic Evaluations, Pre-Placement Examinations, Health & Safety lectures and coordinating continuing education programs. Currently, Diana supports industry, case managers, and physicians by providing education on PRO Industrial Services.


Jen Throner, BS
Jen Throner serves an Industrial Services Consultant for PRO Physical Therapy's Business Development team. Jen Throner attended Bloomsburg University Exercise Science and Rehabilitation Program to earn her B.S. Prior to joining the PRO team, Jen provided management of health and wellness initiatives to two of the regions leading Fortune 500 companies. Jen offers extensive experience delivering injury prevention and health education as well as coordinating continuing education programs. Currently, Jen plays an active role in supporting industry, case managers, and physicians in achieving healthy workers through PRO Industrial Services and patient care.
